Diagnosis

We locate the fault before opening anything up, using pressure testing and moisture tracing to avoid unnecessary demolition.

Scope and quote

You receive a written scope covering the repair, the making-good of finishes and the materials to be used.

Execution

Work is carried out with isolation planned in advance, so water is off for the shortest practical period.

Test and handover

Every repair is pressure-tested and left running before handover, and finishes are made good.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you find a leak without breaking the walls?

In most cases yes. We use pressure testing, acoustic tracing and moisture metering to narrow the location down before any opening is made, which usually reduces the repair to a single access point rather than a wide excavation.

Do you supply the sanitary ware or do I?

Either. We can supply to a specification and budget you approve, or install fittings you have already purchased. Where you supply the items we will confirm compatibility before installation.

Do you handle emergency leaks?

Yes. Annual Maintenance Contract clients receive a guaranteed priority response window; non-contract emergency call-outs are attended subject to team availability.
