Concrete is unforgiving: the decisions that determine whether a slab lasts thirty years or cracks in two are made before the pour, in the reinforcement, the mix and the curing. Ebhar treats those stages as the work, not as preliminaries.

How We Work

Survey and levels

Ground conditions, existing services and finished levels are established before any excavation is priced.

Specification

Mix design, reinforcement and thickness are specified for the actual loading — a driveway carrying vehicles is not a garden path.

Formwork and pour

Formwork and steel are checked before the pour, and the pour is vibrated and finished to the agreed level and fall.
04

Curing and handover

Curing is carried out properly in the local heat, and access is only released when the concrete is ready to take load.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do driveways crack so quickly in Abu Dhabi?

Usually three reasons together: too little reinforcement, no movement joints, and curing skipped in high temperatures. The concrete loses water too fast, shrinks and cracks. Correct joint spacing and proper curing prevent most of it.

Can you repair existing cracked concrete instead of replacing it?

Often yes. We assess whether the crack is shrinkage, settlement or structural. Shrinkage and surface damage can be repaired; if reinforcement is corroding we treat the steel before patching, otherwise the repair fails again.

Do you handle excavation for pools and extensions?

Yes — excavation, base preparation and reinforced bases are part of our concrete scope and are coordinated directly with our pool installation and contracting teams.
