False ceilings and partitions change how a space reads more than almost any other intervention, and they carry services — lighting, cooling, sound — inside them. Ebhar builds them straight, level and coordinated with the MEP behind them, not just closed in and skimmed.

How We Work

Measure and design

We survey levels and existing services and produce a layout showing ceiling heights, lighting positions and access points.

Approval

Layout, materials and finish are approved in writing before fabrication begins.

Installation

Framing is set to laser level, services are coordinated in the void, and access panels are positioned where equipment will actually need reaching.
04

Finish and handover

Surfaces are jointed, skimmed and prepared for decoration, then inspected with you against the approved layout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a false ceiling reduce my room height too much?

A typical drop is 15–25 cm depending on what has to pass through the void. Where headroom is tight we can localise the drop to bulkheads over the service runs and keep the main ceiling high.

Can lighting be integrated into the ceiling design?

Yes — cove lighting, linear profiles and recessed downlights are set out at design stage with the electrical works so wiring and cut-outs are coordinated rather than improvised on site.

Do you repair ceilings damaged by leaks?

Yes, but we trace and fix the source of the water first. Replacing a stained board without resolving the leak simply repeats the damage a season later.
