A paint finish is only as good as the preparation beneath it, and in this climate an exterior coating also has to survive UV exposure, heat cycling and salt-laden air. Ebhar quotes preparation and coating as separate, visible line items so clients can see exactly what they are paying for.

Survey and specification
We assess substrate condition, existing coatings and any damp or cracking, then specify a system rather than just a colour.

Sample and approval
Colours are approved on a sample panel in the actual light conditions of the room or elevation before bulk application.

Preparation and coating
Preparation is completed and inspected before the first coat. Furniture, floors and landscaping are protected throughout.

Snagging and handover
We walk the property with you, list any snags and close them before the final invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does exterior villa paint last in Abu Dhabi?
With correct preparation and a quality exterior system, expect five to seven years on most elevations. South and west-facing walls weather fastest. Poor preparation is what shortens that to two or three years, not the paint itself.
Will you repair cracks before painting?
Yes, and we identify the type of crack first. Shrinkage cracks are filled and stabilised; anything that suggests movement is reported to you before painting, because covering it would only hide a recurring problem.
Can we live in the villa during the works?
Usually yes. We phase the work room by room and use low-odour products for occupied interiors where the specification allows it.
