Ebhar installs cladding systems with the fixings, substructure and movement allowances the material actually requires, because the failures in this trade are almost always behind the panel rather than on it.

How We Work

Survey and setting out

Elevations are measured and panel setting-out is prepared so joints line through rather than falling wherever the sheet ends.

Material approval

Panel type, finish, thickness and fixing system are confirmed with samples before ordering.

Fabrication and installation

Panels are fabricated to the setting-out and installed on a supported substructure with the correct movement allowance.
04

Sealing and inspection

Joints are sealed and the completed facade is inspected for alignment, flatness and weathertightness.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does exterior cladding last here?

A quality panel on a correctly built substructure will hold its finish for well over a decade. What fails early is almost always the fixing or the sealant detail, which is why we quote the substructure explicitly rather than absorbing it invisibly into a rate.

Can you re-clad an existing villa facade?

Yes. We inspect and, where necessary, replace the existing substructure rather than fixing new panels to a support system of unknown condition.

Do you handle boundary wall and gate cladding?

Yes — entrance walls, gate surrounds and villa name features are among the most common cladding requests we receive, and they set the impression of the whole property.
