Site survey and feasibility
We assess access, ground conditions, service routes and plant room location, then confirm what the site will actually accommodate.

Shell selection and proposal
You select a shell size and finish, and receive an itemised proposal covering excavation, installation, equipment, electrical and commissioning — no hidden stages.

Excavation and base preparation
The pool area is excavated to level and the base is prepared to the shell manufacturer’s specification. This stage determines whether the shell sits true for its whole life.

Shell installation and services
The shell is placed, levelled and backfilled in stages while filtration, plumbing, electrical and lighting are installed and pressure-tested.

Filling and commissioning
The pool is filled, the circulation system is balanced, chemistry is brought into range and every item of equipment is tested under running conditions.

Handover and maintenance
We hand over with operating guidance and equipment documentation, and can continue under a pool maintenance contract from day one.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a fiberglass pool installation take?
For a typical villa pool, three to five weeks from excavation to commissioning, subject to site access and the surround finish. Fiberglass is substantially faster than a concrete pool because the shell arrives finished — the programme is driven by excavation, services and the deck around it.
Why fiberglass rather than a concrete pool?
The shell arrives cured and finished, so installation is faster and the surface is smooth, non-porous and easier to keep clean. A non-porous surface also holds less algae, which reduces chemical consumption and cleaning effort over the years. Concrete remains the choice for fully bespoke shapes.
Do you handle the deck and surround as well?
Yes. Coping, paving, stone decks, landscaping and outdoor lighting are all in-house services, so the pool and everything around it are delivered under one contract rather than coordinated between separate contractors.
Can the pool be added to an Annual Maintenance Contract?
Yes, and we recommend it. Pool chemistry, filtration and equipment need continuous attention rather than occasional visits, and adding the pool to the villa contract keeps the whole property on one schedule and one invoice.
